Downing Street Reception
In June Prof Hovorka was invited to attend a reception at Downing Street with the Prime Minister (who has type 1 herself). The event celebrated the work of researchers, NHS staff, charities and youth volunteers who have made it their mission to help people with type 1 diabetes.
